Stonepelt jumped up and licked Althaia's cheek trying to comfort her and hide the rising panic for a place he'd never been.

Althaia burried her face into Stonepelt she weeped. "We have to get going." She cuddled into her chest and woke Flaimtric up.

Aratona started to bound down the mountain. Her heart was racing and her eyes were focused on the smoke in the distance. Her mind kept repeating the same things. I must save Riltra. I must save Riltra. She didn't notice the hole and her paw slipped into it. She heard a snap as she tumbled forward, landing on her head and continuing to roll down the mountain until she hit a rock.

Althaia followed Aratona, she ran as fast as she could. She saw Aratona roll down the hill. She packed herself into a ball placed leaves around her body as rolled down after Aratona. She reached Aratona at the bottom of the mountain side. She gasped for air as she tried to get her head to stop bleeding. She chewed up Goldenrod and placed it on her cuts, she then took cobwebs and placed them over the cuts and scratches. She took a deep breath and saw the smoke. She dragged Aratona away from the billowing forest.

Aratona gasped at the pain. Her head and her paw were killing her. The pain forced her into unconciousness.

Sekine raced down the hill and stopped at Aratona's side licking her, trying to make her better. He was no healer and he hoped that Althaia could help her.

She dragged her into a small cave, she then went to the forest quickly to get all the herbs she would need, Burdock Root,goldenrod,comfrey,Marigold, horsetail, stinging nettle, a a few other herbs. She got to work on Aratona. She sharpened a stick, laced the cobwebs together to make a string. She tied the string to the stick and slowly sewed up the wound. She then placed full comfrey leaves on Aratona's cuts, covering them with medicine and cobwebs. She soon placed her on a bed of leaves and such. She looked at the work she made of Aratona.

Aratona awoke slowly. Her mind was groggy and her paw hurt like hell. When she tried to lick i t she pulled her head back with a sharp yelp. She looked at it. Definatley broken.

"Stop that Aratona, your paw is broken!" Althaia told the cat quietly, She then wrapped the paw in Comfrey, tied it lightly and then did five layers of the plant. She bandaged them up with a layer of cobwebs and some thoroughly cleaned mud, making sure it dried as a cast. She sighed as she wiped her sweat. She looked at the cat, "I have to go save Riltra, don't move." Althaia ran out of the cave, hoping Sekine would keep and eye on her. She wandered into the forest, she soon saw a charred up cats body. She grabbed the body, but it was too late. Riltra is gone. Althaia slowly made her way back, she got a bunch of honey, knowing it helps cats that have breathed in smoke.

Aratona rose to her remaining three good paws and limped out of the cave, heading towards the forest hoarsely calling out her litter-mates name.
