Need to talk

[Aigean]

Aratona bounded through the forest. Excitement pricked her paws at the aspect of a journey. She wanted to see if any of her friends were going to be with her. She hoped so but she wouldn't mind if they weren't because she would have Sekine.

[Moondrop]

Flaimtrink padded distractedly through the forest. Her mind was focused on the dream she had had the night before. She spoke it over with herself out loud. "What does 'A trek to through the world of stone and ice is nessasary for survival mean? and what other cats do I have to meet at the swirling pool? Oh this is so confusing, but at least I got to see Quanark again..." Her voice trailed off as a new scent met her glands and her fur bristled. "Who's there?"

[Aigean]

Aratona pushed forward. "Don't worry I'm not going to harm you." She pushed a vole she had just caught in offering of friendship. "Did you have the same as me? The one with the prophecy you just said?"

[Moondrop]

Flaimtrink pushed the vole back with one paw "I don't need your fresh-kill I can find my own thanks, and what I dream is my own business not some random cats." She whipped around and padded down the slope.

[Aigean]

Aratona's tail drooped as she was left watching the cats orange disappear behind the slope. She was hurt by the anger in the cats voice as she stormed off, not being used to her friendliness being rejected. She sat where she was staring at the spot where the cat disappeared.

[Sekine]

Sekine padded up to Aratona and touched his nose to her ear. "Why you look so sad?" His eyes reflected his concern for her.

[Aigean]

Aratona turned t o him "Nothing just... not used to people not accepting my friendliness." She touched noses with him "I'm fine, but lets get going we don't want to be late for the meeting"

[Sekine]

Sekine twined his tail with hers and together the two cats padded off towards the swirling pool.
